At Fancibu®, we know you’re excited to receive your order, and we work hard to get it to you quickly and smoothly.
Order Processing
All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 24 business hours of purchase.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on all orders totaling $125 or more.
For orders under $125, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and selected delivery method.
Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier, but most standard orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

We currently ship within the United States.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Fancibu® is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an invalid address, the customer may be responsible for any reshipping fees.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Fancibu® is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly and also reach out to us so we can try to assist.
Delayed Shipments
While we aim to ship all orders within 24 business hours, occasional delays may occur during high-volume periods, promotions, holidays, or severe weather. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
